Boho Chic Ruffled Dress in lightweight multi-print sari-like fabric. Smocked top is 8" wide, with bust stretching about 28" to 36". Skirt falls in layered ruffles, each ruffle a different color and print. A unique dress with no two alike. Can also be worn as a skirt. Dress length from top edge to hemline is 33". 100& Polyester. Hand was in cold water and line dry. Imported.
